Moving Day so soon....

Well due to continued vandalism of our van, the constant flow of beer cans and garbage tossed on our lawn, the lack of response from our landlord and the fact that we can get a 3 bedroom Duplex for almost the same price we are paying now, we are looking for a new place to move. I feel totally unprepared to move but we just can't stay where we are now.

The best deals seem to be in Gilroy at the moment. Not totally sure how I feel about that but we need to consider what is best for the whole family. This time we are definitely going for a place with washer and dryer and preferably a garage. I would like AC but we already have a window unit my father-in-law bought so it's not totally necesary.
