Word!
My first novel is now at 45,000 words. It is between 45-60% done.
Today I realized that I started writing it almost exactly a year ago! (July 4th 2006) I feel a few different feelings from this.
Elation that I've actually taken it this far.
Frustration that I haven't finished more. When I started writing it I hit 14,000 words in the same month and I hit 30,000 words by December. At this rate I wont finish it until 2009! ouch.
Re-invigoration cause I can see the end coming and I know I want to finish it!
